In most men, ED is treatable whether the cause is physical or psychological. When you make the decision to talk with your doctor about ED, you are taking an important step toward better sexual health.

Because ED may be an early warning sign of other health conditions, such as cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, or hypothyroidism, it is important to tell your doctor if you think you might have ED.
